Scan the QR code with the Google search widget on Android

I was previously using the Google Goggles app on my Android phone to scan QR codes, but it turns out you do not need a QR code reader separated as the built -in Google search widget that can decode QR codes and

to scan a QR code, you need to tap the microphone icon inside Google widget , then select " search option in the camera " in the menu available in the lower right corner (see first screenshot) with

Now point your mobile device to any QR code, press the camera icon screen (see screenshot below ) and it will instantly reveal what is stored in this QR code. Also, if you scroll down the results page, you will find the results from Google search for text that has been decoded from QR code
